| I couldn't resist. Sorry for the lack of entries, school is taking up a lot of my time. I've pretty much spun all the wool I brought with me, and since I haven't sold much recently I won't be ordering anymore just yet. besides, finals are coming up and I will have NO time for spinning.
I'll probably do a good bit of dying and blending over the Christmas break though, so I should be re-inspired come spring semester. Thanks for the comments! | | |
| Well, I made it to college and got moved in. My poor brother had to endure carrying my spinning wheel up three flights of stairs, but it arrived intact and ready for use.
I did a little spinning last night. I was interrupted when a gigantic storm blew up and we had to go to the hallway because of a tornado warning.
I think I can safely say I am the only spinner on campus, which is a distinction, I guess.

I'm getting ready to move to college and I would like to cut down on my inventory during that time. | I'm heading off to college soon and my room is overflowing with crafting stuff, most of which is going to have to find a new home. The thought of tossing or packing it up and sending it off to storage is out of the question. Soooo, this weekend has been deemed summer craft cleanup and I'm going to pluck out what I can't live without and the rest is going up in my Etsy shop.
I imagine from a quick glance at my crafting "heap" that I will be listing beads, yarn, thread, trim, fabric, paper, glitter, ribbons, wool, papercraft supplies, and misc. items come Saturday and Sunday. All at clearance prices, but I can afford to do that knowing that the items will go to happy Etsy artists. And you in turn can be happy in your buying, knowing that you are supporting a fellow Etsy artist with paying for college
